Dear Members of all Service Guilds,

Please find enclosed the details of the proposed Scotland Tour in June 2008
In order for this tour to go ahead and be successful, we need commitment from those wishing to attend and so a deposit of £100 per person (payable to RAF Guild of Bell Ringers) is required with the completed Application Form. This cheque will not be cashed until the tour is definitely going ahead and deposits have to be paid to the hotels and coach company.
Overall costs are based on 35 people attending and the coach costs will vary a little if this number is not achieved or exceeded. Coaches available are 23, 41 or 50 seater, so max/min numbers will apply on first come basis. Still waiting for actual coach costs so £100 pp ‘gestimate’ used so information can be sent out. See Notes.
